The individually designed workouts make personal training an ideal way for excise to fit your needs and avoid possible injury. An exercise or stretch that works for one person, may be uncomfortable for someone else.

Our training sessions are for ages 18 and up.

For any health condition or previous injury, your doctor can provide instruction on any exercise limitations, such as not lifting weights over your head after rotator cuff or other surgery. You need to get approval from your Doctor or Physical Therapist before starting an exercise program.

Each training session is 60 minutes.

Each session is specifically designed for your needs. We will work at the pace that is best for you. Not all exercises or stretches are right for everyone. Exercising and stretching at the level that is right for you will leave you feeling energized at the end of session.

Sessions are prepaid. This can be one session at a time, or if you prefer, paying for two, three, four, etc sessions at a time. 

Check: Frequent clients may prepay by check.

Credit card: Payments are prepaid via Zelle.

There are no packages, contracts, or memberships. You simply pre-pay for sessions as you go.
