My Story: Why I Coach the Way I Do

I didn’t start this career from a place of perfection — I started from experience. Like many of the people I now work with, I’ve faced setbacks. I’ve had to restore strength, rebuild confidence, and find consistency again. That’s why I coach the way I do — with intention, empathy, and a deep respect for where each person begins.

For over 30 years, I’ve helped people move through challenges, regain balance, and reconnect with their bodies. I’ve worked with adults in all stages of life — helping them improve mobility, rebuild resilience, and stay active through whatever life brings.

My training philosophy blends functional movement with structure, compassion, and purpose — because I’ve been there too. Every program I create is designed to meet you where you are, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. Fitness isn’t just about workouts. It’s about being able to do what you love — and enjoy how you feel doing it.

🏌️‍♂️ I also specialize in golf performance coaching, helping players increase flexibility, strength, and power on the course.

Who I Work With

I work with adults across a wide range of life stages — from those in their 30s looking to feel stronger and more energized, to older clients working on mobility, balance, and longevity. My approach isn’t geared toward bodybuilding or powerlifting — it’s for people who want to move better, feel more capable, and stay active doing the things they enjoy.

My clients include working professionals, retirees, active seniors, and everyday people juggling real life. Some want more strength. Some want better mobility. Others want accountability, structure, or just a push in the right direction.

I also work with clients who are managing common conditions — like joint discomfort, hypertension, arthritis, or past injuries that occasionally flare up. While I don’t treat medical issues, I help clients adjust their movement in ways that feel safe, sustainable, and supportive for where their bodies are today. We focus on what you can do — and build from there.
